Terms of Service
What you accept by using ubi.fun.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
ubi.fun provides software for launching and trading tokens on Arc. It is not a broker, a bank, an exchange that holds your funds, or an adviser. By using ubi.fun (the website, its API and its MCP server) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The short version
The points that matter most. The full text below is what applies.
- You launch and trade through your own wallet. ubi.fun never holds your tokens or USDC and cannot reverse or refund a confirmed transaction.
- Anyone can launch. Tokens are not reviewed, vetted or endorsed. Check the contract address yourself.
- Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. Tokens can lose all of their value.
- The software comes as is, with no warranty. Parts of the contracts are new code that has not had a professional audit. Bugs can cause total loss.
- Every trade pays the token’s fee, set at launch and split between the token’s creator side, UBI holders, the protocol and, when a trade has one, its referrer.
- Prices, quotes and earnings figures are approximate and can be delayed. They are not guaranteed execution prices or promised income.
- Payouts we operate are best effort. Their timing is not guaranteed, and the contracts keep working without the site.
- You are responsible for the law where you are, your keys, and what you launch.
1. What ubi.fun is
ubi.fun is a website, a public API and an MCP server for using token launch and trading contracts on Arc, built on Uniswap v4 and derived from the Flaunch protocol. You authorize every transaction in your own wallet. ubi.fun does not take custody of your tokens or USDC, and it cannot freeze, reverse or refund a confirmed transaction.
Launches have no listing review. Anyone who can use the launch contracts can create a token. We may decline to show a token on the site, for example one that impersonates a brand or breaks these terms, but the token and its market keep existing on chain.
2. Tokens are not vetted or endorsed
Tokens are created and promoted by third parties. Names, symbols, images, descriptions, links and X handles named as recipients are supplied by creators and are not verified by ubi.fun. Creators can also change a token’s displayed description, image and links after launch. A token appearing on the site, in a list, in search or on the leaderboard is not an endorsement or a recommendation.
Verify the contract address and the token’s details yourself before trading.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on ubi.fun is investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. The holder pool, dividends and other payouts depend on trading that may slow down or stop. Only trade what you can afford to lose in full, and do your own research.
4. No warranty, and what is audited
The contracts, the website, the API and the MCP server are provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Bugs may exist that cause partial or total loss of funds. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the software.
Audit status, precisely: the rewards distributor that pays UBI holders is Morpho’s Universal Rewards Distributor, which has been audited, and the launchpad contracts derive from the audited Flaunch codebase. Our modifications, the creator vault contracts and the v3 contracts are new or adapted code. They went through independent review rounds but are not described as audited. The details are in Security model.
Some tokens depend on assets we do not control. v3 tokens trade against a pair asset, and the issuer of that asset sets its own rules, see What to know about XAUm.
5. Fees
Every swap pays the token’s fee, which is shown on its page and included in every quote: 1.25% on tokens launched before v2, 1.5% to 5% chosen at launch on v2 tokens, and separate buy and sell fees of 1.5% to 5% on v3 tokens, where a creator can also set an anti-snipe fee on early buys and a large-trade fee. The fee is split between the token’s creator side, UBI holders, the protocol and, when a trade has one, its referrer, in shares that depend on the token’s version. See Where every fee goes.
ubi.fun receives the protocol’s share of each fee. The protocol owner can lower fees or grant fee exemptions only within limits written into the contracts, see Security model.
Buys paid with a token other than USDC are routed through Uniswap’s API and pay no referrer share. Network fees on Arc are paid in USDC. The bridge uses Circle’s CCTP, and Circle’s fees for it apply.
6. What the numbers on the site are
Prices, market caps, volumes, holder counts, leaderboard ranks and earnings figures come from public chain data through our indexer, and can be delayed or incomplete. Market cap is price times supply. It is not the amount that could be withdrawn from a market.
Quotes use the pool state at the time they are made. Prices can move before a transaction confirms, so you may receive less than the estimate, down to the minimum your slippage setting allows. Large trades move the price further. Earnings estimates are projections, not promises. Nothing displayed is an offer or a promise of execution.
7. Payouts we operate are best effort
Some payouts depend on services we run. The daily UBI holder pool and Underwater pots are calculated by our services with the published formulas and posted as payout roots to rewards distributors, where each root waits through a review period during which a wrong one can be revoked. Our harvest bot collects fees into token vaults. Timing is best effort and not guaranteed. If an automatic payout does not arrive, you can claim it yourself on the Rewards page, and anyone can run a harvest.
Who is eligible follows the published rules, see The holder pool and Verify any payout. They exclude some addresses, such as protocol contracts, pools, burn addresses and most smart-contract wallets. The rules can change for future rounds. A change never alters a round that has already been published.
The website, the API and the MCP server carry no uptime guarantee. They can go down, and the contracts keep running without them. We may change, restrict or withdraw any part of them at any time.
8. Your side of it
You are responsible for obeying the law where you are, including any restriction on trading digital assets and any tax you owe. Do not use ubi.fun where doing so is unlawful, and do not use it if you are subject to sanctions. You must be old enough to accept these terms where you live.
You are responsible for the security of your wallet and your keys, and for checking every address you trade, send to or sign for.
Do not use ubi.fun to launch a token that infringes someone else’s rights, impersonates a person, a brand or a project, or exists to defraud its buyers. Do not attack the site, the API or the MCP server, or use them in ways that degrade them for others.
If you launch a token, your launch choices are permanent: fees, earnings splits, recipients and other settings are written once and cannot be changed later. An X handle you name as a recipient is paid into an escrow that only the handle’s owner can claim, after verifying with X. On v3 tokens, if no current recipient claims for 30 days, the protocol owner can hand the token’s future creator earnings to a new team under the rules in Community takeover.
9. Third-party services
Using ubi.fun involves services we do not control, including your wallet and its connector (such as WalletConnect by Reown), Arc and its RPC providers, Circle (USDC and the CCTP bridge), Uniswap (its contracts and routing API), IPFS hosting, X sign-in, Cloudflare, Vercel and block explorers. Links to services such as MoonPay or Relay take you to their own products. Each has its own terms and policies. See the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
These terms can change. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use ubi.fun means accepting the version published here. Questions: contact@ubi.fun.
